You have decided to purchase the franchise or start a business but need some help with business names.

Check your name U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to make sure someone hasn’t snatched it up.

Check with your Secretary of State such as the:

To find your state, simply google your state name and add business search for example, new york business search.

Starting with the end in mind — think big, think successful and think most importantly that this is YOUR company and love the name you pick!  Of course remember that if you change your mind you can always change it with the right forms and fees so nothing is totally set in stone — big companies have changed their names so can you so don’t get overwhelmed or stuck.
